Returns

Returns are accepted on all my items sold on eBay and will be processed as refunds through Paypal. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. Returned items must be returned in the exact condition they were received in (i.e. with tags attached, new in box, etc.). It is the buyers responsibility for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong item was received..

Shipping As soon as an item is paid for the address CAN NOT be changed, the order is sent right to our warehouse for shipping.

All domestic items ship within 48 hours of payment being made through Paypal. Should any delays arise in the shipping process, we will notify you via e-mail. Seller reserves the right to ship via USPS or UPS.

All domestic shipments will have a USPS or UPS Tracking number. An automated e-mail is sent from Paypal to your e-mail with tracking number and shipping information. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your shipment information e-mail from Paypal. P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and PR will automatically be shipped via USPS.

International

We ship to all countries in the world and shipping times vary depending on destination. Most packages to Canada arrive within 4-7 business days, Europe and South America arrives within 7-10 business days and all other countries can expect 10-14 business days.
